TRUEBLUE OMEGA 3 provides a one capsule per day option for EPA and DHA supplementation. Omega-3 fatty acids are essential cornerstones of human nutrition. They are deemed “essential” because we need them for proper health but are unable to make them on our own. We need to obtain these fats through diet or supplementation. Provided in the Triglyceride form, TrueBlue Omega 3 provides the opportunity for superior bioavailability verses the ethyl ester form found in many brands. Our Omega can be swallowed whole, chewed and swallowed or opened and added to food for consumption. Our formula also is made to minimize (for many, eliminate) any fishy flavor or aftertaste.
Take 1 capsule TrueBlue Omega 3 by mouth once daily. Capsule may be swallowed whole, chewed and swallowed or opened and added to foods of choice. May increase dose as directed by healthcare provider to max of 4 capsules daily.
