Omega Fiber Bundle

TRUEBLUE OMEGA 3 provides a one capsule per day option for EPA and DHA supplementation. Omega-3 fatty acids are essential cornerstones of human nutrition. They are deemed “essential” because we need them for proper health but are unable to make them on our own. We need to obtain these fats through diet or supplementation. Provided in the Triglyceride form, TrueBlue Omega 3 provides the opportunity for superior bioavailability verses the ethyl ester form found in many brands. Our Omega can be swallowed whole, chewed and swallowed or opened and added to food for consumption. Our formula also is made to minimize (for many, eliminate) any fishy flavor or aftertaste. TRUELEAN FIBER features propolmannan—a highly pure, natural soluble fiber created from Amorphophallus konjac-derived glucomannan using proprietary processing techniques. This fiber has been studied for its viscosity and for its stability through the digestive tract; and studies support its health effects, such as on satiety, weight control, glucose and lipid metabolism, and bowel regularity.

Take 1 TrueBlue Omega 3 capsule by mouth once daily. Capsule may be swallowed whole, chewed and swallowed or opened and added to foods of choice.

Mix 1-2 scoops of TrueLean Fiber in 8-12 ounces of water and drink twice daily (30-60 minutes before largest meals).
