BERBERINE TRUEMAX features dihydroberberine (DHB), a highly bioavailable metabolite of berberine with demonstrated benefits for blood glucose metabolism. Berberine naturally occurs in several plant species used extensively in traditional Ayurvedic and Chinese herbal practices; DHB is the natural bioactive form of berberine. TRUEBLUE OMEGA 3 provides a one capsule per day option for EPA and DHA supplementation. Omega-3 fatty acids are essential cornerstones of human nutrition. They are deemed “essential” because we need them for proper health but are unable to make them on our own. We need to obtain these fats through diet or supplementation. Provided in the Triglyceride form, TrueBlue Omega 3 provides the opportunity for superior bioavailability verses the ethyl ester form found in many brands. Our Omega can be swallowed whole, chewed and swallowed or opened and added to food for consumption. Our formula also is made to minimize (for many, eliminate) any fishy flavor or aftertaste. MiTRUE VITAMIN D is a natural, soy-free, form of vitamin D in a water-soluble micellized form. Micellization has the ability to increase the solubility, absorption and bioavailability of our vitamin D3 over oil or emulsified forms. It has been shown to assist with healthy body composition by improving gut barrier function, supporting the reduction of body fat mass, and promoting less calorie consumption.* To further support resistance to low pH and the delivery of microorganisms to the small intestines, our product uses DRcaps™ gastro-resistant capsules. These specially designed capsules slow exposure of contents to stomach acid and ensure more targeted release. Each capsule is sealed in a nitrogen-purged blister pack to provide protection from heat, moisture, and oxygen, factors known to compromise probiotic stability.

Take 1 TrueBlue Omega 3 capsule by mouth once daily. Capsule may be swallowed whole, chewed and swallowed or opened and added to foods of choice.

Mix 1 to 5 drops of MiTrue Vitamin D into 1-2 ounces of liquid of water and drink. Dose is based on Vitamin D level. Check Vitamin D level at start of care and every 6 to 8 weeks.

Mix 1-2 scoops of TrueLean Fiber in 8-12 ounces of water and drink twice daily (30-60 minutes before largest meals).

Take 1 capsule Berberine TrueMax by mouth twice each day. Every 8 to twelve hours during the day. Take 1 capsule TrueLean Probiotic by mouth once daily.
